Day 8 of Undercover Angels – Loving Acts
Today is the start of phase two in our undercover adventure! I hope you are feeling more full and abundant after your week of self care. This week we will begin to do loving acts for people in our immediate surroundings. That could be people or critters you live with, work with, communicate with – those that are in your immediate circle. Read more “Undercover Angels, Day 8: Loving Acts”
Answering Your Own Prayer – Day 7 of Undercover Angels
Today I would like you to answer your own prayer. Is there a silent wish that you have been making? See if you can do fulfill your wish today. It could be for a thing you have been wishing for – or it could be for a state of mind. Maybe you can be extra kind to yourself, eat your favorite treat with no guilt, go for a walk, smell some flowers (did you notice that we have them now!), call a friend or family member that you love, love love, get a book from the library that is fun, take a bath or long shower, look at the stars and breathe…. Day 5 of Undercover Angels: Accepting Compliments
Are you good at accepting compliments ? As a light worker, it’s time to build those muscles!
Accepting a compliment is a kindness, both to yourself and to others, and it’s a skill. Here are a few things to think about…
First of all, it may feel uncomfortable. I would like to remind you that there are industries built upon making you feel defective and small, so having someone tell you that you are fantastic may not always feel good. That is okay. I would encourage you to lovingly breathe through the discomfort. (or journal, or talk to someone or do anything that will help you to hold space for yourself if a loving way).

Just Say No – Day 4 of Undercover Angels
Good morning! Today let’s stay focused upon making space in our lives. We get to choose what is in our lives – and one really effective way to do this spring cleaning is by saying NO.
If you have spent any time with a toddler, you will probably remember that they really know the power of this word. In fact, it is one of the first words that toddlers avail themselves of – and boy do they! Read more “Undercover Angels, Day 4: Just Say No”
Day 3 of Undercover Angels, Eating
I hope that you are well and ready to start this beautiful week! Today let’s focus upon our eating. I would like to keep you away from the trap of what to eat, however. If we all could peacefully eat today we could start a revolution! See if you can take some time at one meal today to breathe and focus on the moment. What does the food feel like? How does it taste? How does it feel? Just breathe and see if you can feel your body being nourished, and feel some gratitude! Let your meal reinforce just how BLESSED you are!

Day 2 of Undercover Angels: Water
Good morning angels! How did it feel to take some time to breathe? Sometimes it can feel a little challenging at first, but I want to encourage you to keep at it. If you can stop 3 times a day and check in on your breathing it will make a world of difference!
Today we will move from air to water. We cannot survive long without water. We are 70% water. It hydrates and cleanses us – and it provides the fluid matrix that helps our body to communicate on the cellular level.

When We Become Too Busy, PAUSE
I catch myself saying “I am too busy for ___” , when in reality I know I am not. I am ‘too busy’ because I am making a choice, and prioritizing other things. You’re only as busy as you allow yourself to feel. It’s about allowing for the pause.
