Are you good at accepting compliments ? As a light worker, it’s time to build those muscles!

Accepting a compliment is a kindness, both to yourself and to others, and it’s a skill. Here are a few things to think about…

First of all, it may feel uncomfortable. I would like to remind you that there are industries built upon making you feel defective and small, so having someone tell you that you are fantastic may not always feel good. That is okay. I would encourage you to lovingly breathe through the discomfort. (or journal, or talk to someone or do anything that will help you to hold space for yourself if a loving way).

Good morning angels! How did it feel to take some time to breathe? Sometimes it can feel a little challenging at first, but I want to encourage you to keep at it. If you can stop 3 times a day and check in on your breathing it will make a world of difference!

Today we will move from air to water. We cannot survive long without water. We are 70% water. It hydrates and cleanses us – and it provides the fluid matrix that helps our body to communicate on the cellular level.

On this our first day, let us focus on our breath. We wouldn’t last very long without air! In spite of the fact that we have been provided with an abundance of this life-giving force all around us – sometimes it can feel difficult to partake of it. We get tight in our chest, tummy and we seem to only take air to our upper chest – or we forget to take the time to really focus upon our breath.
