Day 1 of our Undercover Angels: Breath
On this our first day, let us focus on our breath. We wouldn’t last very long without air! In spite of the fact that we have been provided with an abundance of this life-giving force all around us – sometimes it can feel difficult to partake of it. We get tight in our chest, tummy and we seem to only take air to our upper chest – or we forget to take the time to really focus upon our breath.

Stress Relief with This Easy Breath Technique!
We’ve been doing this easy breath technique our whole life. Think about it…The first thing we do when we’re born is inhale. The last thing we do as a human being is exhale. In between the first inhale and the last exhale are countless breaths; each one keeping us alive… and yet we take our breath for granted.
